LeGuan Dealer Portal Terms

Eligibility and accounts
Access is for approved professional music businesses. Account information must be accurate, and credentials may not be shared outside the approved business.
Confidential pricing
Dealer prices are confidential and become available only after approval. LeGuan may suspend access when account information is inaccurate or the account is misused.
Orders and invoices
Online submission is an order request, not final acceptance. LeGuan confirms availability and sends an invoice separately. A 50% deposit confirms an accepted order; the remaining balance is due before shipment or delivery.
Programs
Protected, Hand-Selected and Retail-Ready include insurance under the applicable replacement-protection terms. Workshop Direct does not include insurance. Hand-Selected means LeGuan brings available instruments to the dealer location for in-person selection.
2026 shipping policy
There is no minimum order and no shipping charge through the end of 2026. Each online instrument order includes the required $30 transportation case; this case charge does not apply to bows or Hand-Selected instruments.
