Information we collect
We collect account details, business contact information, dealer credentials, delivery addresses, order contents and communications you submit through this portal.
How we use it
LeGuan uses this information to review dealer eligibility, protect wholesale pricing, fulfill orders, prepare invoices, provide support and maintain account security.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell dealer information. We disclose it only to service providers needed to operate the portal and fulfill orders, or when required by law. Records are retained as reasonably necessary for business, tax, fraud-prevention and legal purposes.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of eligible information by emailing general@leguanviolin.com. Some transaction records must be retained.
Security
Dealer prices require an approved account. Passwords are stored using one-way hashing, and administrative actions are access-controlled and logged.
